Once shipped expect your package to be delivered within 3-7 business days normally. Once your package has been fulfilled at our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. If your package has not been delivered in time, please contact customer support.
You may track your orders by logging into your account at JAYJUN. You will also receive an email with your delivery tracking number.
Currently JAYJUN US does not ship outside of the United States.
Please contact our customer support via e-mail, including photos and/or video unpacking of your damaged items so that we can investigate what happened. If your case qualifies, we will issue a full refund of the product(s).
It means that it’s a very popular item and it has been completely sold out from our U.S. warehouse! But don’t worry, we regularly restock. The item should be back in stock shortly.

If your order has not been processed for shipment you are able to cancel your order. Please reach out to customer support via e-mail to request cancellation. If the package has already been processed, you can issue a return once you've received the package.
