JayjunUs.com purchases. Products must be returned in new. JAYJUN monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at JAYJUN in all instances.
JAYJUN purchases can be easily returned for free (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail if there is an issue/problem with the JAYJUN product (i.e., If the product received was damaged or defective). You can use our pre-paid return shipping label, following the return procedures described below.
However, we are unable to refund your order in the instance of simply changing your mind. If you decide to return a product, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refunded amount to your original form of payment.
Please allow for 2 weeks from the date of receipt for your return to be processed, after you have shipped your package through a mail carrier (USPS or UPS). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Please note that all SALE items are final and non-refundable, non-returnable.

JayjunUs.com by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.

Please also include your Order #, name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
Request the Return Form from Customer Service.
◐ Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and JAYJUN packaging (if available).
Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.
◐ Contact email@example.com by email to get the shipping label.
◐ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
