Order Processing & Shipping

Standard orders placed by 3:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following business day. 

Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Once processed, orders will arrive within 3–7 business days (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories, which may require additional transit time).

All orders placed on our official online store are fulfilled and shipped locally within the United States via **Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)** to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery.

*Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or locations outside the United States at this time.*

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight/items.

- **FREE Standard Shipping:** We offer FREE Standard 3-Day Shipping on all contiguous U.S. merchandise orders of **$48 and over** (excluding taxes, Hawaii, and Alaska).
- If a promotional code or gift card reduces your order total below $48, standard shipping fees will apply.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Delivery times may experience slight delays during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or natural disasters). Fulfillment centers do not process or ship packages on the following U.S. holidays:

- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Indigenous Peoples' Day

International Shipping

We currently do not offer direct international shipping from our U.S. store.
