SHIPPING
Standard orders must be placed by 03:00 PM CST to start processing on next business day.
Processing time usually takes 1~2 business days and orders will arrive within 3~7 business days from when the order is processed (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Hawaii and Alaska will take a few more days.
We do not ship outside the United States, PO box, and APO/FPO/DPO military address at this time.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and it will vary on the amount of products purchased.
JAYJUN offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) on all U.S. merchandise orders $48 and over (excluding taxes).
If the order falls below $48 after a promo code or gift card is applied, then the order does not qualify for free shipping.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders are processed and shipped on our operating days Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Orders may be delayed due to travel restrictions that arise from the case of natural disaster or pandemic.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
